New Construction Lead Plumber

Full-Time | Brevard County, Florida

Paradise Plumbing of Florida is seeking an experienced New Construction Lead Plumber to join our team. This position performs plumbing installations for residential and commercial new construction projects throughout Brevard County.
The Lead Plumber will perform all phases of new construction plumbing, including rough-in, top-out, and final trim, while working with builders, inspectors, other trades, and our team to keep projects accurate and on schedule.

What You'll Do

Perform all phases of new construction plumbing
Read blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications
Install piping, fixtures, and plumbing systems
Coordinate with builders, inspectors, other trades, and team members
Lead, train, and support Plumbing Apprentices
Track materials and job progress
Maintain organized and professional job sites

What We're Looking For

5+ years of plumbing experience with new construction plumbing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lead and support Plumbing Apprentices
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
